Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

Welcome to Soulfix (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soulfix mobile application and related services (“Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to services, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

Soulfix offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly and yearly).
If available, a free trial 7 days may be offered to new subscribers. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing & renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Prices may vary by country and can include taxes where applicable.

Canceling

• You can cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings.

• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Restore purchases

• If you previously purchased a subscription, you can use Restore Purchases in the App (or restore via the store) and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple/Google account used to subscribe.

Refunds

• Refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their policies. Soulfix cannot directly issue store refunds.

4) Access to content

Some content may be restricted to subscribers. We may offer a selection of free content so you can experience the App before subscribing. Access to subscriber content is available during an active subscription period.

5) Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer (Important)

Soulfix provides meditation, relaxation, and personal growth content for educational and wellbeing purposes only.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, consult a qualified professional before using the App. If you feel unwell or distressed while using the App, stop and seek help. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6) User accounts (if applicable)

If the App includes account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the App or interfere with its normal operation,

• attempt to access systems or data you do not have permission to access,

• copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law,

• upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content (if user content features exist).

8) Intellectual Property, Permitted Use & Enforcement   

Ownership. The Content in the App is the intellectual property of Soulfix and  its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

1. Personal-use licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes within the App.
2. Prohibited uses. You must not (and must not attempt to):
   • copy, reproduce, record (including via screen/audio recording), download, distribute, upload, publish, or share the Content outside the App;
   • use the Content to create competing products or services, or for any commercial purpose;
   • remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or identifying information;
   • circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls or technical measures used to protect the Content.
3. Enforcement. If we believe that Content has been misused or infringed, we may take reasonable steps to protect our rights, including restricting access to the App, submitting infringement notices to platforms/hosts, and seeking legal relief as available under applicable law.

9) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the App, features, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulfix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

11) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland , without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Ireland will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
